Watch the DC Holiday Boat Parade at the Wharf from a Limani Igloo

The best seat in the house for the District’s iconic Holiday Boat Parade this Saturday, December 7 is on the Southwest Waterfront at Limani, DC. It’s the only over-the-water location on the DC Wharf with floor to ceiling windows, water views from every table in the three story restaurant, plus igloos that can be reserved on the outdoor/indoor penthouse balcony Winter Wonderland.

Schedule:

7:00 pm — Boats arrive in the Washington Channel for the parade

 8:00 pm — Fireworks Finale

Limani is turning its penthouse balcony into a Winter Wonderland (including temperature-controlled igloos with Bose sound systems in each one, overlooking the water with a specialized menu.) Other festive holiday decorations include:

  • Life-size nutcrackers flanking the doorway
  • A sleigh guests can sit in for Instagram-worthy photos
  • A 10-foot tree
  • Complimentary koulourakia (Greek cookies)
  • And specialty hot holiday drinks including Rakomelo (raki, greek honey, cinnamon stick, clove) and the “Spicy Dionysus” – a festive mulled wine cocktail (Dionysus is the god of wine).
  • A toy drive benefiting the social services organization Volunteers of America.

Lots more is happening at the Wharf on Saturday! Choose from s’mores around the fire pit, pictures with Santa, ornament decorating and much more. The boat parade and fireworks finale will be a spectacular end to a festive and full night! Check out the line up here.
