The new “hipster” apartment building at the corner of 4th and I St NE, Ava, projects they will be open for tenants this Fall.

Archstone NoMa, a huge new complex across from the Harris Teeter at 1st and M St NE, is now taking applications. Move-ins to start on June 1st. Swanky.
Le Grenier, the upcoming French bistro at 502 H, is making slow-but-sure progress. Hopefully they’ll be open this summer. We’ll keep you abreast of any updates.
The Rock N Roll Hotel opened up their new rooftop bar and it’s fantastic. It reminds Frozen Tropics of Austin, which is a very very good thing.
