An intimate evening of classical music, light fare, and cocktails inspired by the culture of Americana. The culinary concert program pairs works by Barber, Copland, and Shaw with local delicacies from Union Market purveyors and libations designed by One Eight Distilling. The Gourmet Symphony chamber orchestra headlines this sonic tasting experience under the baton of Artistic Director and conductor John Devlin.
